Data We Collect

We collect information you provide through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide GVMS / GMR services you request.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to process your enquiry, create GMRs on your behalf where you have asked us to do so, and communicate with you about your movement. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law or to fulfil the service you have requested (for example, submitting references to HM Government's GVMS).

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, plus any period required by HMRC record-keeping rules.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary language preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your chosen language. This cookie is essential for site functionality and does not require consent under UK PECR / ICO guidance.

With your explicit consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* which may remain on your device for up to 2 years. IP addresses are anonymised before processing.
